TERMS of USE

This terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”) shall be binding upon Creadibs (“Creadib.com”) and any user (“you”) who downloads Creadibs’ works (vector graphics, illustration, icons or other graphic work (the “Work”)) from the Creadib.com website. By accessing or using the site you represent that you agree to the terms and conditions that we (“Creadib.com”) have provided. If you do not agree to the terms, you are not authorized to use the site.

You may use any files purchased from the Creadib website for personal and commercial use under the terms defined in each one of them.

All of Creadibs’ works (vector graphics, illustration, icons or other graphic work) come with a “Standard License” and “Extended Licenses

Creadibs Standard License Agreement

The Creadibs Regular License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the graphic work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item.

What you can do with the item

  1. You can use our graphic works (the “item”) in any and all media for the following commercial or personal purposes (“Permitted Uses”). Any uses other than the permitted uses must be approved by Creadibs in writing.
  2. Permitted Uses :
  3. Use image for print media or promotional projects including :
    1. Newspapers, magazines, books
    2. Newsletters, brochures, catalogues
    3. Ads, marketing materials
    4. Product packaging
    5. Posters, postcards, greeting cards, wall décor (but not for resale or license).
  4. Use image for digital media or promotional projects including:
    1. Corporate presentations, videos.
    2. Commercial film, motion pictures, movies or theatrical presentations.
    3. Websites.
    4. Social media sites including video platforms.
    5. Mobile apps.
    6. Email.
    7. E-books.
    8. Software applications.
  5. You may alter and create derivative works of the Image (item).
  6. Your rights to the license of the Image (item) are worldwide.
  7. What you can’t do with the item

  8. You can’t re-distribute the image as stock, or in a tool or template. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for free. You can’t redistribute image online in a downloadable format or enabling third parties to download, extract or access images as a separate file.
  9. You can’t use image in electronic items for resale, such as website templates, electronic devices (i.e. computer, iPhone, phones, etc.) software applications, document templates, wallpapers, screensavers, e-cards, etc.
  10. You can’t use image in items for resale and “print on demand” items such as t-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, coffee mugs, calendars or on any similar mass produced items.
  11. You can’t use an image in a logo, trademark, or service mark. You can’t use an image in a way that infringes anyone else’s trademark or intellectual property rights.
  12. You can’t use image for pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimize other people, societies, cultures.
  13. Copyright.
  14. No ownership or copyright in any Creadibs’ works (vector graphics, illustration, icons or other graphic work) shall pass to you by the issuance of the license contained in this Agreement.

Creadibs Extended Licenses Agreement

The Creadibs Extended License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the graphic work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item.

What you can do with the item

  1. You are licensed to use the Item to create End Products for yourself or for one client. You can create more than one End Product, there is no limit on the number of copies made in total, and the End Product may be Sold.
  2. An End Product is a work created using skill and effort, and that incorporates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.
  3. You can use our graphic works (the “item”) in any and all media for the following commercial or personal purposes (“Permitted uses”). Any uses other than the permitted uses must be approved by Creadibs in writing.

  5. You can use our graphic works (the “item”) in items for resale and re-distribute with no limitations! such as: prints, posters, calendars, mugs, t-shirts, games, postcards, greeting cards, screensavers, and a similar one.
  6. You can create an End Product for a client, and this license is then transferred to your client.
  7. You can Sell and make any number of copies of the single End Product.
  8. You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
  9. What you can’t do with the item

  10. This license is a multiple use license allowing use in more than one End Product (and for an unlimited number of end users), but it is not a multi-client license. If you are creating End Products for clients, you will need one license per Item per client.
